a historic element of the ecosystem of the city whose origins date back to the 18th century. Approximately 7000 trees grow here, including 110 with historic status. Some of the trees in the park are relics of
the reign of the Wielopolski family and are as much as 300 years old. At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries the park with a geometric layout was recomposed in the spirit of English landscape assumptions, and then from the 18th century the Chinese House was found on an island. The attractive look of the park is complemented by many artistic details including stone bridges, a linden avenue, a rose garden, and a decorative well in the exterior courtyard of the
Epalace, as well as a Miniature Park with dioramas of buildings associated with the Habsburgs.
